As shown in the CISCO TV ad, OOC network was Completely Down affecting all the branches in US and the call center in INDIA, everyone in the servicing department were using typewriters as the printers were down to process the loans. We worked for 3 hrs in the morning and left home at 2pm. Some SQL server virus is the cause.
